More than 60 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee.

CAMPING CABIN CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 48 hours prior to check-in time incurs a fee equal to 10% of rental total.
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in time will incur a fee equal to 50% of rental total.
Same day as check-in (or a ‘no show’) will be charge 100% of rental total.

COUNTRY LODGE CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 120 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.

You need to have internet. We found dirty underwear under the beds, oven didn't heat well. TV's didn't work, toilets were dirty. Mold in the basement. No shampoo or conditioner. Beds are really old. Huge spiders, and overall expensive accommodations. Cheeto hand prints on wall.

Couches are old & look dingy plus smell funny. Entire condo has a mild smell to it. Carpets are old, worn & dirty. Bedspreads were dingy too. The decor & TV need updated.

Couch was stained. Carpet is old and should be replaced. Deck is slanting and felt unsafe. Blinds are broken and can't open. Owner needs to put some work into the condo.

The check-in was easy. Management company helpful, but the condo desperately needs some updating. Old TVs (no HDMI). No Internet. Carpets are worn out and stained. I wouldn't rent this condo again. [Management note: On 7/22/16 TVs have been upgraded and carpet cleaned.]
